Persistent Technology (PTI)

2023-2026

As Marketing Manager at PTI, I collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop and design new brands for their lines of business (Epimoni & Sciurus), products (Reflect XR), and joint ventures (Capricorn and Persistent Defense). Beyond social media marketing, my responsibilities spanned promotional materials, event planning, proposal writing, and user experience design.

Marketing Assets

01 Background

PTI is a federal contractor expanding into the private sector with several joint ventures. They needed clear strategies for federal and private business to create brand awareness and build a loyal following, in person and online. 

02 Solution

To differentiate in the federal space, the company expanded to include a federal and private line of business, and marketing gained an administrative assistant for social media support. In order to create cohesive, unique styles each team contributed their voice to the brand design from archetype and color palette to logos and final approval.

Epimoni, Sciurus, and Reflect XR

Epimoni is PTI’s innovation accelerator hub, the home of Reflect XR, and focuses on private healthcare technology solutions. Reflect XR is a virtual reality (VR) application that started as a clinical telehealth product and adapted to art based wellness with mobile versions. Sciurus is the federal line of business, targeting government contracts and agencies. 

Designing multiple brand styles 

With three unique brand identities, marketing catered to unique audience segments with increased accuracy, building community, retention, and expansion for each line of business.

Reflect XR was an exciting project that aligned with my passions, pairing mental health, creativity, art, and virtual reality in consumer and clinical markets. This work directly informed my public health focus—showing how technology can be a vehicle for healing, not just efficiency.

Each event catered to a specific audience and required specialized information to inform, attract, and engage with potential partners and identify promising projects.

Booth designs were created for each brand as needed, starting with PTI, Epimoni, and Reflect XR. These materials weren't just visual—they were tools for education, connection, and reducing barriers to understanding complex health technologies.
